Every day, IntrCity SmartBus operates hundreds of buses covering distances ranging from 300 to 800 kms across India. Ever since we launched in 2019, we have made significant progress to fulfill our three key promises to our customers - Punctuality, Safety and Reliability.
To take our commitment to Punctuality to the next level and help you see how we are doing, IntrCity SmartBus is now publishing our route-wise monthly on-time data across routes in the public domain. By doing so, IntrCity SmartBus has become the first among the travel modes (Airlines, Trains, and Buses) in India to make this data available on a monthly basis for public consumption.

By doing so, IntrCity SmartBus has become the first among the travel modes (Airlines, Trains, and Buses) in India to make this data available on a monthly basis for public consumption.
IntrCity SmartBus measures its On Time Punctuality (OTP) on the same lines as the public transportation industry worldwide does. Any bus which departs or arrives within 15 mins of its scheduled departure/arrival time is considered on-time.
